For hygiene reasons, press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo.

We will offer a replacement or store credit.

What if my parcel is lost or delayed?

If your order does not arrive within the maximum delivery window, our support team will help you with the next steps.
