Returns & Refunds

At Nail Less Dubaï, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We provide clear and fair refund conditions to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience.


Eligibility for Returns

Because our products fall under beauty, hygiene, and personal-use items, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

A return is only possible in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived defective

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Attach photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • A free replacement
    or

  • A full refund


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty or nail-related products

  • Used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or promotional items


Refund Conditions

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing usually takes 3 to 7 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after the purchase.
After this time, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.


Lost Package

If your package is lost during transit:

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier

  • After confirmation, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund
